New English forum site is needed

nagios.meulie.net is a great service from meulie.net, but it is painfully slow, frequently down, and sometimes broken. I have created my account several times, but I've never been able to successfully post. And searches of the site don't find anything. Would there be any objections in my creating a english forum on a faster platform on a faster network, with hopefully better uptime?

I know official support is a mailing list, but frankly a mailing list is noisy and of limited use to me. Rather than searching for solutions, I must bother everyone on the list to ask something simple.

can't determine ORACLE_HOME for sid ebs

I down my database and server and then started it up after starting up the server and database i'm getting error in Nagios can't determine ORACLE_HOME for sid ebs

please help me out.

Why is a new forum needed??

nagios.meulie.net has been moved to new hardware & a better line months ago. Are there still problems with it?
